  Floresville United Methodist church is one of the friendliest churches I have ever been to. The current Pastor Peter Aquilar is great! His sermons are filled with personal experience, Biblical teaching, and you come away feeling so much better about your personal struggles. There are 3 services: 8:30 am (casual & traditional in theme with Holy Communion every Sunday), 9:45 am (Contemporary with a great praise band, Coffee Spot with free coffee and donuts, very casual. Communion once a month), and 11 am (Traditional with a choir, Communion once a month). The Contemporary service is held in a building adjacent to the main church which is called Fellowship Hall. The location is on the corner of 4th street & B street, downtown Floresville.
